Managed IT clients receive priority support with critical issues (system down, security incident) getting a 15-minute response. Standard requests are typically addressed within 2 hours during business hours.
Do you offer flexible service agreements?
Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual managed IT agreements. We also provide project-based and hourly support for businesses that aren't ready for a full managed plan.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
We maintain PHIPA compliance for healthcare clients and follow industry best practices for all clients. All sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We can also assist with SOC 2 and other compliance frameworks.
